Does any of your members sell in small pools of loans / bank owned at 20M?
We would like to purchase in Sac or east Palo Alto. Buy and Hold strategy.

We've worked on a couple of bulk purchases. Typically find that buyer and seller expectations don't match. Provide some more details on what you are looking for and perhaps you'll get a bite. Most importantly what kind of a discount off of current market you expect.
