I am a Realtor in Tulare County. How do I become an REO agent? I have the organizational, communication, and follow-up skills required as well as the funds needed to maintain REO listings.

Every major bank and servicer in the US posts the necessary documentation and requirements to register as an REO agent right on their website. You should be able to find them pretty easily.
