I started a non-jud. foreclosure a few months ago, now i wish to continue on with the foreclosure can i still do this by continuing where i left off when i filed and mailed to all the NOD by me now filing the notice of sale date and mailing it to all .

I believe the answer is yes, but you should really seek the advice of an experienced trustee or foreclosure attorney.
