I'm certifed to do Short Sale and now tring to build accounts with Asset Managers for REO accounts, in doing so, I'm doing a lot of BPO's...and they ususaly want them in 24 hrs or less....If I join your services,,,,will I be able to speed up my BPO's in all one sheet??heheh..jk And does the lenders recongize your system as well as oppose to the MLS , CMA

Unfortunately you'll still need to use the lenders form and the MLS to do BPO's. Our data can be great supplemental data to a BPO that differentiates you as someone with deep foreclosure expertise - but I'd only go to that trouble for BPO's that will end up directly on the desk of an asset manager that could direct business my way.
