Info. on LaneGuide Needed

For those of you who've signed up with LaneGuide (the cost is actually nominal), do you find the phone numbers, esp. for asset managers, to be accurate and of any use as opposed to good, old-fashioned detective work? Or are the phone numbers outdated and the splatter of information not useful?
 
And what about their REO CD - worth the extra money at $189?
