Having worked in the real estate industry for 19+ years I can tell you that you will get good nuggets of information from every book you read or seminar you attend. Even if you only get one or 2 good ideas from this book then it is worth reading. If you are not going to read that book then find another that is more appealing. Especially If your broker is your mentor then you need to go for it!!
