I HAVE SIGNED UP FOR FORECLOSURERADAR.COM BUT I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO ACCESS THE INFORMATION.

I HAVE SIGNED UP BUT HAVE AS YET TO BE A BLE TO REVIEW THE INFORMATION THE SITE IS TO PROVIDE.

If you enter the location you wish to search (city, zip code, county) and then go to the foreclosure tab and select Bank Owned you will see all properties that have become bank owned in the last 120 days in your area. If you only want to see the last 90 days then you can set your date range under Sale Date-Current. If you need additional help please email support at support@foreclosureradar.com.
If you are having trouble logging in the team at support@foreclosureradar.com would be more than happy to help you.

Is there a way also to see which outsourcer handles each particular REO property?

We provide the lender and the Trustee information. The assigned asset manager is not a matter of public record and can vary from lender to lender based on the investor or reinsurer. On some occasions the Trustee also has an Asset Management Division and you would contact them directly (LPS, First American, Old Republic, Trustee Corps) Some lenders handle the asset management through their own REO Departments (World Savings) and still others may use up to 8 different asset managers depending on the investor (Chase). There are even a few that have their own asset management company (Wells Fargo has PAS).
We have a great webinar dedicated to Breaking Into the REO Market. To see a list of our webinars go to https://www.foreclosureradar.com/webinars.

hi, you can find all US bank locations, addresses, telephone numbers and more details here. Check out the below link

Another great directory of lenders is the Lane Guide. Title companies have used their data for years. They have a complete list of lender and their REO and Loss Mitigation departments. Go to Laneguide.com
