i would like to cancel my subscription to forclosureradar effective 5/8/2012 but seem to be having trouble doing so. Please advise me on how to go about this.

Hi Todd,
We see that your subscription was successfully canceled without incurring any additional charges. You can easily cancel online when logged in by going to MyAccount and clicking on the billing tab. You will see the cancelation button and receive an immediate email confirming your cancelation. You are also always welcome to send us an email at support@foreclosureradar.com. We do check emails 7 days per week and honor any cancelation requests on the day that they are received. Michelle

Hi Jennifer,
You can email support@foreclosureradar.com or you can login to the site and go to MyAccount. When you click on the billing tab you will see the cancellation button. Once you cancel you will get a confirmation email within 1 hour. Michelle

We show that you cancelled your subscription. You were in your free trial so even though you cancelled you will still have access for the full term of your free trial. You didn't give us a cancellation reason so we hope you will take full advantage of the site during the rest of your trial. Although most people cancel online by going to my account and click on the billing tab or send an email to support@foreclosureradar.com we have gone in and cancelled your subscription and sent you a confirmation email. Thanks so much for giving us a try! Michelle

You can cancel your subscription from the MyAccount tab after you login, by using the Contact Us page, or by sending a message to support <at> foreclosureradar.com
