Multiple auctioneers?

I am going to go scout out a trustee sale in a week, Is there just one auctioneer or multiple?   If multiple what is to stop them from all holding auctions at the same time? Is there a way to figure out who is representing a particular property or trustee?

It is up to trustees when and where to hold the sales - no real limitations on it under the law that I'm aware of other than that it must be accessible to the public and not a bank holiday. So yes, it is possible to have multiple sales at the same time. I remember one day running back and forth between two auctions around the corner from each other... spent more time in the gym after that. :-)   If you are in a county with overlapping auction times the only thing you can really do is choose between them, or have multiple people, one for each auction.
