HOA fee deliquent auction
I saw a property up for auction for delinquent of home owner association fees. I checked the county records and did not find any other liens on it. Is it common or possible that there MAY BE some other liens on it but they do not file NOD since HOA has filed?

These are generally a waste of time as the owner has 90 days to reinstate ownership by simply repaying whatever you paid at auction. See: http://www.foreclosureradar.com/ca-foreclosure-law/ca-foreclosure-law-civil-code-1367#1367.4.c.4
