revocable trust stops foreclosure sale
Hello, I am here in Southern California, does anybody know the process to stop foreclosure sale if I transfer the deed to a Revocable Trust or Land Trust. Is this works? why?? and the process to do it? reply or comment, thank you. Mike R.

A revocable trust will not stop a foreclosure sale. A foreclosure wipes out almost everything that is recorded after the foreclosing deed of trust (mortgage) was recorded and as such there really isn't anything you can record to stop it.
