Search Overview

The search window is displayed by default when you open the application, and when you select one of the following in the Main Menu:

You can search for properties in different stages of the foreclosure process (which vary for the state you select). First, you define your search criteria, and then click the Search button to display the search results.

Defining Your Search Criteria

Using the Search and Navigation Bar, you can choose from more than 60 different criteria on which to search for foreclosures. You can also define search criteria by setting your default search criteria.

Search criteria are available from the Search Options panels and text fields. For example, when you click Property in the Search and Navigation Bar, a panel is displayed where you can set the Property search criteria. Depending on the criteria you select, the text fields in the Search and Navigation Bar change. Search Options headings will also change to red after you make changes to the panel.

After selecting all of your criteria for a search, in any of the available panels, click the Search button to display the results.

Search Results

After selecting your criteria and clicking the Search button, the results of your search are displayed. The results are limited to the first 500 properties listed, except for Daily Auction Schedule results.The toolbar displays the number of total results. You can narrow the search results by changing any of your search criteria.
