Overview
This overview provides a visual summary, explains the tasks you can accomplish, and how to get help with the application.

Using the Software
This application allows you to perform the following tasks:
- Define your search for foreclosure opportunities.
- Track daily auctions.
- Set up alerts to automatically be notified when a new property is availalbe or status changes.
- Save your search with your own My Properties management system, and reuse current and recent searches.
- Review your search results in the map, list, summary, and detailed views.
- Use the toolbar to email, print, export, route, compare, save, ignore and tag search results.
- Analyze Foreclosure data according to the market, timeframe, and metrics you choose.
- Manage your account including your contact, billing, FLX setup, and default settings.
Getting Help
The Help System
The information provided in the Help is formatted to include the following:
- TOC—expand the Table of Contents topics by clicking the chapter headings, and select the topic you want to view by clicking the topic title.
- Index—select from an alphabetical list of keywords and phrases to find the information you need.
- Search—type a keyword or phrase to find related Help page matches using the help search engine.
Other Sources of Information
In addition to the Help system, you can find more information about foreclosures, and ways of using the application with Webinars, Tutorials, the Forum, and Foreclosure Guides. The glossary provides an alphabetical list of defined terminology, and a great starting point.
