My Properties Search Criteria
The My Property Search Options panel is displayed when you click My Property in the Search and Navigation Bar. The My Property panel allows you to search the properties you have already saved. Using the My Property search option, information will be provided on each property, as opposed to each foreclosure notice in the rest of the application.
My Property Search Options Panel
Enter or select the information for the parameters on which you want to search:
Saved—select whether or not to include properties which you saved. Choose between Any, Yes, or No.
Hidden—select whether or not to include properties for which you elected to hide. Choose between Any, Yes, or No.
My Interest—the number of stars assigned to your saved properties. You can choose from 5 to 1+ stars. The + image indicates "and more"; so by selecting 3+ stars, your results will provide 3, 4, and 5 star foreclosures.
My Status—the current status assigned to your saved properties. You can choose between: Any, Screen, Take Photo, Contact Owner, Check Value, Research Title, Submit Offer, Ready to Bid, Listed, Purchased, or Sold.
My Tags—the list of your tags assigned to your saved properties.
My Photos—select whether or not to include properties for which you added photos. Choose between Any, Yes, or No.
My Files—select whether or not to include properties for which you added files. Choose between Any, Yes, or No.
My Notes—select whether or not to include properties for which you added notes. Choose between Any, Yes, or No.
My Notes Text—enter text in the My Notes field on which you want to search.
My Value—enter the minimum and/or maximum value for the property.
Estimated Profit—enter the minimum and/or maximum estimated profit on the property.
Resale ROI %—enter the minimum and/or maximum resale return on investment percentage.
My Rent—enter the minimum and/or maximum rent you expect to receive.
Estimated Income—enter the minimum and/or maximum estimated income on the property.
Rental ROI %—enter the minimum and/or maximum rental return on investment percentage.
My Loan Amount—enter the minimum and/or maximum new financing amount in the traditional investment financial analysis tab.
My Loan Position—select a loan position.
My Loan Date—enter a date or range for the loan date.
My Documents—select whether or not to include properties for which you added documents. Choose between Any, Yes, or No.
My Document Images—select whether or not to include properties for which you added document images. Choose between Any, Yes, or No.
The Saved, Hidden, My Photos, My Files and My Notes parameters have the following pull-down menu selections:
