Tracking Daily Auctions
You can search for foreclosures going to auction in a selected county, and on a specific date. You can also select search criteria for these auction properties.
Finding Auction Properties
Selecting
in the Main Menu changes the search bar to enable you to track foreclosure notices going to auction for a specific county and date. A Daily Auction Schedule search limits the results to foreclosures scheduled for sale at auction on a particular day, and groups them by status, location, and time. When you select the Daily Auction Schedule menu item, the following happens:
- The sale county and state menus are displayed in the Search and Navigation Bar for quick access. The Location Search Options panel also changes to display the selected county and state. These menu items are initially displayed with your default selections.
- You can click the Sale Date field in the Search and Navigation Bar to choose the date for which you want to display auctions. To set the dates for your search, select from the following:
Today: the day the search is run (for example, you can save your search to run it in the future, and "today" is still the day you run the search).
Date: select a specific date for your search.
Yesterday: the day before the search is run.
Tomorrow: the day after the search is run.
The Foreclosure Search Options panel also allows you to select a date on which to search for auction properties. The selection of preforeclosures search criteria is removed, since the Auction search type specifies a search of properties in the auction stage of the foreclosure process.
You can also define other search criteria for your Daily Auction Schedule search.
