Customizing Your List View

You can change your list view in the following ways:

• Customize property information in your list view
• Show Hidden Properties
• Change column order and size
• Enlarge the list view

Customize Your Property Information

You can change the list view information to show only the headings and information you need, using the following steps:

1. Click in the toolbar to display the window where you can choose your headings.
   The name of the window varies, depending on your Main Menu selection. Using the Search Foreclosures menu item, the Customize Standard List window is displayed; with the Daily Auction Schedule menu item, the Customize Auction List window is displayed; and using the View My Saved Properties menu item, the Customize Prospect List window is displayed.
2. Select the checkboxes for the headings & property information you want listed.

3. Click to apply your changes, click to go back to your previous selections, or click to close the window without making any changes to the list view headings.
   If the List View headings are not shown in the window displayed, click .

Show Hidden Properties

After you have selected to hide properties, they will not be shown in subsequent searches. Although, you can select to show hidden properties, in the toolbar for Search Foreclosures and Daily Auction Schedule menu items.

• Select the Show Hidden Properties checkbox on the right side of the list view in your toolbar.

You can also unhide a property if you change your mind about wanting it displayed in your list view.

Change Column Order and Size

Another way to customize the list view is by moving the columns to the order you want, and resizing the widths of the columns.

• To reorder columns, mouse-over the column you want to move, then click and drag the column heading, and drop it where you want.
• You can resize columns by dragging the column divider either left to make it smaller, or right to make it larger.

Enlarge the List View

By clicking in the toolbar, you can maximize your list view in the main window. The map and summary views are removed until you click in the toolbar.
