About the Toolbar

The toolbar is shown above the list view of your search results, and provides functionality for the foreclosures in your list. The toolbar functionality varies depending your selection in the Main Menu. Shown below are the two types of toolbars; one for the Search Foreclosures and Daily Auction Schedule menu items, another for the View My Saved Properties menu item.

Using the Toolbar Buttons

In your list view, you can select one or more foreclosures by clicking the checkbox . You can perform several functions on the foreclosures you select including:

• Email—email information for selected foreclosures.
• Print—print information for selected foreclosures.
• Export—export selected foreclosure information to a .csv file.
• Mail—create customized mailings for selected foreclosures.
• Route—route the way on a map to the selected foreclosures.
• Compare—compare details for the selected foreclosures.
• Save—save the selected foreclosures to My Properties. This button is available only with the Search Foreclosures and Daily Auction Schedule Toolbar.
• Hide—hide the selected foreclosures, so they won't appear in your subsequent searches. This button is available only with the Search Foreclosures and Daily Auction Schedule Toolbar.
• Update—update the selected foreclosures with the changes to your notes, photos, tags, status, interest, or financial analysis . This button is available only in the View My Saved Properties Toolbar.
• Remove—delete the selected foreclosures from your My Properties list. This button is available only in the View My Saved Properties Toolbar.

Your List View Summarized

Summary information on your search results is also provided in the toolbar to the right of the buttons. The including the following fields:

• Total—the number that indicates all of the foreclosures that fulfill your search requirements.
• Showing—the number of foreclosures displayed in the list view. This number is obtained by subtracting the Hidden from the Total.
• Selected—the number of foreclosures you have selected (done by clicking the checkbox next to the property).
• Hidden—the number of in the search results that you previously selected to hide. (Shown for Search Foreclosures and Daily Auction Schedule searches.)

Changing Your List View

You can change how your list view is displayed in any of the following ways:

• Customize—click to display the window, where you can select which columns to display in the list view.
• Enlarge—click to display the list view in the whole window, and remove the map and summary views.
• —select this checkbox to display properties you previously choose to hide.
• Rearrange columns—you can change the order of the columns displayed in the list view, by clicking on a column heading and dragging it to where you want. Additionally, you can widen or narrow columns by clicking and dragging column dividers.
