Saving Properties

After defining your search and finding properties that you are interested in tracking, you can save properties to My Properties. You can also indicate your interest level, set the status, and assign tags to your selected properties.

To mark properties as saved:

  1. In your list view, choose the foreclosures you want to save by clicking the checkbox selected checkbox image for one or more properties.
  2. In the toolbar, click the Save to My Properties button to display the Save Properties window.
  3. You can, but don't have to, set your interest level by clicking the stars, selecting a status, or assign tag names.
  4. Click OK button to save the foreclosures into your My Properties results, or Cancel button to close the Save Properties window without saving the selected foreclosures.
    You can view your saved foreclosures by selecting View My Saved Properties in the Main Menu.

Additionally, you can save a foreclosure to My Properties by setting your interest level in the More Details window.
