Using the free search at ForeclosureRadar.com
At ForeclosureRadar.com simply enter an address, city or zip code above the map and press the search button. Green markers show properties in preforeclosure; blue markers show properties scheduled for foreclosure auction; and red indicates a property that has been foreclosed on and is now available directly from the lender. Click on a marker for the street name, bedrooms, baths, foreclosure amount and an estimate of the remaining equity. Also, be sure to explore the heatmap which shows relative levels of foreclosure by county and by zip code - darker areas indicate higher levels of foreclosure. To see the zip code level heatmap, double click the map or use the + button to zoom in until zip codes are shown. If you have already completed a search, press the reset button to return to the heatmap.
