Send this report to your sphere of influence, use it at your next leads group, club meeting, community event or walking your farm to start conversations about foreclosures. Commit to showing this report to 20 people.
DAY TWO:
Create a Short Sale Farm
Pick up some listings! Your town is full of homeowners who are in trouble and need your professional help. Build a list from our selection of top prospects. Search your area for new foreclosures and see how many have just one open loan. Compare the list to our Free Short Sale Report to find which are the easiest lenders to work with. Call, door-knock, or reach them by mail with one of our customized postcard campaigns. Give them a chance to hire you before they hire someone else!
DAY THREE:
Use a new REO Property to find Buyers & Sellers
Fill your pipeline with Buyers! Use our accurate auction data to be the first to door-knock through a neighborhood where there has been a recent foreclosure. Let homeowners know that it will be hitting the market soon and ask them who they know that might be interested in buying. Make sure you also let them know that homeowners in foreclosure have options. You may just be talking to your next seller.
