Foreclosure Listing eXchange - FLX

Foreclosures now represent more than 50% of all transactions in California. That's right—your participation in the MLS only taps you and your clients into half of the California real estate market.

You're leaving money on the table. Your customers are in the dark. ForeclosureRadar FLX™ fixes that.

FLX™ empowers you to offer every foreclosure listing in your market - preforeclosure, auction, bank owned - directly from your site, much in the same way you currently offer listings from your MLS.

Three Key Benefits You'll Reap With FLX™

Greater engagement with buyers—Right now, millions of potential buyers find themselves on the fence, unable to clearly assess opportunities. One thing is clear, buyers are looking for bargains. Offering foreclosure search on your website gives them a complete view of the market that presents a compelling case for action.

Deliver a desperately needed service—Until now consumers have had to pay $50 per month for foreclosure information services that offer no market expertise or ability to make the best purchase decision. FLX™ allows you to bridge that gap and deliver exactly the help consumers are looking for.

Differentiate yourself as the foreclosure expert in your market. Historically, REALTORS® have largely been left out of the foreclosure market. We think that makes no sense. Consumers need help navigating foreclosures, and you can help them. Offering free foreclosure search on your website via FLX™, and touting it in your ongoing marketing and advertising efforts is a powerful differentiator.

How FLX™ Works

  1. Sign up for ForeclosureRadar and login.
  2. Once logged in, go to My Account and select FLX Setup. Here you will find simple instructions and one line of code for you or your Webmaster to copy and paste into your website. Within minutes, you'll have a full-featured foreclosure search up and running on your website!
  3. Visitors to your website view foreclosure listings, enjoying an intuitive map-based interface that displays preforeclosure, auction and bank owned properties updated on a daily basis. They may also access basic information on properties, including street name, city, ZIP code, property type, square feet, beds, baths, estimated value and estimated loan balance amount.
  4. To get more details on a specific property, your visitor clicks the "details" button and completes a short online form. The property and consumer contact information is immediately emailed to you. You follow up with details on the property, and any others of interest, pulled directly from your ForeclosureRadar account.
