By using a little common sense and some experience you'll find you can quickly screen large numbers of properties and quickly eliminate ones that are a waste of time. Now that you know you probably have a worthwhile deal, it's time for our next step - Evaluate. This is where you check your figures. You drive by the property, take photos, assess the neighborhood, review title, and figure out the real value of the property. Our final step, Review, is exactly that - one final check before you put your deal in place.
