Currently working on one with Bayview. They have been very responsive and it's looking like I'll get an approval letter (fingers crossed) inside of 30 days since making contact with an offer. They also postponed the trustee sale although the offer that came in probably has a lot to do with them willing to postpone and not lose such a great offer.
