I worked with First Federal to close a difficult account. The seller died; the loan was a neg am predatory loan, she died without a decent will.
The loan was only about $30-50K short. The bank initially rejected the explanation bc the estate had the money. The attorney ultimately talked them into it as a short sale was better for both sides than a foreclosure.
They paid less than the negotiated commission.
They were nice to deal with. Individuals answer the phone from the beginning and are easy to get a hold of. They did not have unnecessary delays.-Zanna Knight, Berkeley, CA
