Do trustees have a deadline for determining opening bids? How far in advance of the auction must opening be bids posted? Can they be announced the day of the auction? Is this a common occurrence?

If no opening bid is determined, must the auction start at published bid (assuming it's not cancelled or postponed)?

I just recently purchased a home from an auction that is currently occupied. We do not want to personally deal with the current tenants so we are looking for companies that do cash for key services. Can anyone give me a few referrals? How much do they usually cost? Thank you!

I have water damage in my house I open 2 claims one after eachother they both got denied so what I'm asking is can I dump my house to my mortgage lender and not destroyed my credit score I own my house for 5 years we are not late never in monthly payments our house it has mold its gettin destroyed

I have been in the process of buying a short sale house since MArch. in July we were told the sale was approved by citi and were were going to close soon. So we packed up our house and got ready to close. A week later. We found out the sellers lawyer made a mistake and only got the first mortgage approved, but there was a second mortgage that still needed approval, so we waited. The end of August the sencond Mortgage was approved and were told they want to close in 3 days.Read more

There is a mistake in the Foreclosure.com records. Trustee Sale # 20100015003083 lists 10888 Barbados Way, San Diego, CA, 92126--which is not in foreclosure. The property associated with that sale # is actually 1220 Bluegrass, Vista, CA 92083. Who should be contacted to change this?

Topic pretty much says it. Please help. I am a Broker with long time client in a 1033 exchange___City of Vista just bought his property, netting him about $950,000 and he wants to acquire a commercial strip center in Fallbrook or Temecula for under $1,500,000.
